Trentodoc is undoubtedly the pride of regional winemaking: a high-altitude classic method that has made freshness and finesse its hallmark. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grown at altitudes of up to 800 meters produce sparkling wines of extraordinary elegance and longevity, characterized by a very fine perlage and an aromatic profile that combines the fragrance of fruit with the complexity given by long aging on the lees.


From mineral whites to reds with character

Trentino also shines for its still wines of great personality. Among the whites, Müller Thurgau stands out, expressing unique aromatic notes in these high altitudes, as well as Nosiola, a native grape that produces wines of extraordinary freshness, and the precious Vino Santo. Among the reds, Teroldego Rotaliano represents the emblem of the territory's identity, with its vigorous and spicy character, flanked by mountain interpretations of Pinot Noir of surprising finesse and elegance, while in Valle dei Laghi and Vallagarina, Marzemino offers expressions of refined pleasure.
