Tasting Notes

Giallo dorato dai riflessi verdolini, con sentori fruttati e minerali. In bocca è preciso con sapori di mela e agrumi, fresco e minerale, si distende bene al palato con delicate morbidezze ravvivate da una discreta acidità (residuo zuccherino di 5,9 g/l e acidità residua di 8,1 g/l).

Pairings

Un ottimo Riesling, che può accompagnare non solo le classiche preparazioni a base di pesce e carne bianca ma anche piatti della cucina orientale come pollo alle mandorle, riso al curry o con verdure e gamberi.
